Registration Fee

  • $65 per artist

  • Final deadline: January 30, 2026

Payment Methods

Image Submission

Submitted images are used for the Tour Booklet magazine, Meet the Artist page, and possible cover art.

Image Requirements:

  • High-quality digital photos representative of your current body of work

  • One horizontal image (approx. 4” x 6”, 300 dpi)

  • One square image for online use

  • One additional image for cover consideration:

    • A photo of you in your studio or

    • An artwork representative of Spring

  • Please submit new artwork (not previously used in an AOS publication)

File Naming Format:
LastName.FirstName.Year
(Example: doe.jane.2026-1, doe.jane.2026-2)

Images & Registration forms may be uploaded with the online form or emailed to
openstudio.stanislaus@gmail.com

Artist Agreement

By submitting the registration form, you confirm that:

  • Your $65 registration fee has been paid (check, PayPal, or Zelle)

  • Each artist sharing your studio is registering separately

  • You are submitting required high-quality images

  • You understand you are responsible for helping advertise the event

  • You agree to be open during tour hours:
    Saturday & Sunday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, rain or shine
